On Veterans Day 2015, in Times Square, I completed 5,862 pull-ups in twenty-four hours with Veterans Operation Wellness. The record has since been surpassed. The cameras caught the count. The rest lives in the book, the songs, and the work I do now.
2015 coverage named me Guy Seaman. Infantry, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. Ramadi, 2005. I live in the Dallas area. Father, songwriter, lifelong lifter.
