Lōkahi Ola is the name I give to the method behind MBS Transformation Coaching. Lōkahi speaks to unity and harmony. Ola speaks to life, health, and well-being. In this work, it means bringing the parts of a life into one piece.
I picture it as a waʻa moving across open water.
The mind is the navigator. It reads the conditions, shapes attention and belief, and leads the choices we make in the moment.
The body is the vessel. It carries the load, takes the strain, and turns intention into disciplined action.
The soul is the invisible outrigger. It brings balance and establishes the deeper heading. Faith, values, meaning, conscience, and purpose keep the life from capsizing.
Context is the water. Family. History. Culture. Relationships. Work. Habits. Environment. These are the conditions through which every life has to move.
The soul gives the heading. The mind navigates the conditions. The body makes the journey.
The parts of a life move together. None moves alone.

What separates you from other trainers is that you seem to have an intuitive understanding of what it is like to be me in this body. And that’s not just rooted in a deep understanding of the science but also a high level of attunement to me as an individual.
And this level of attunement also allows you to see the stories living in a person’s body, their beliefs about themselves and their place in the world. From day one you’ve always talked about the physical transformation as a gateway to a psychological and spiritual transformation. The first thing we talked about was trauma, pain, suffering, fear and training as a way of overcoming these things. That’s not something I hear other trainers talk about.
Since we started, I can feel my relationship to my body changing. In every session we make clear, measurable progress. It feels different to be in this body today than it did a few months ago. And I have no doubt that is going to have an impact on every aspect of my life.
I feel grateful to have found you. I know there are many out there who need what you offer, who may not even know that this is what they need, and I hope they find you too.

These are the fumes little children breathe.
The question is not only how I get better. It is what I am breathing into the people who come after me.
Faith is not an accessory to this work for me. Alignment with God is part of how I understand alignment in a life. I will never force that belief onto someone, but I will not hide where my own foundation comes from.
Boundary
I am a coach, not a therapist, clinician, or healer. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health disorders, and I do not replace medical or psychological care.
